Trish Bertuzzi, President & Chief Strategist

Trish Bertuzzi founded The Bridge Group with a mission to help technology companies build highly successful inside sales teams. Since founding The Bridge Group in 1998, Trish has been applying the knowledge she acquired through 20 years of business-to-business technology sales leadership to help Bridge Group clients build, evolve, and validate their inside sales strategies .

With over 100 distinguished technology clients, Trish and The Bridge Group have built their business by delivering unparalleled service. Prior to founding the Bridge Group, Trish designed and built best practice inside sales organizations for companies including Legent Corporation, Cadre Technologies, Bachman Information Systems, and Telesales, Inc.

As President and Lead Strategist, Trish is responsible for helping Bridge Group clients define their inside sales strategy to deliver maximum results. In addition, she develops new Bridge Group service offerings based on client feedback and market demand. Trish is actively involved in the technology community and is the creator and manager of the LinkedIn Inside Sales Experts group.


Laurie Page, Managing Partner

Laurie Page joined The Bridge Group in 2000 to expand The Bridge Group’s capabilities and serve the growing client base. With 15 years of phone-based selling and management experience, Laurie leverages her expertise in inside sales implementation to manage client engagements.

Laurie is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality, results-driven solutions to each Bridge Group client. To accomplish this, Laurie applies her experience in sales process methodology, measurement and metric development, project management, and recruiting to help clients build high performing teams. She also provides on-site, interim management to help Bridge Group clients achieve the highest possible level of success. To date, Laurie has worked with 32 Bridge Group clients and has outstanding references from each and every one.

Prior to joining The Bridge Group, Laurie successfully built and managed high tech inside sales teams for companies including Centerline Software and Cerida. At Cerida, Laurie was the Vice President of Client Services. She led and grew the Cerida inside sales organization to generate $8 million in annual revenue, while managing 100 inside sales representatives.


Gail Milton

Gail Milton, Senior Consultant

Gail Milton joined The Bridge Group in 2005 to deliver The Bridge Group’s Market Validation and Inside Sales Validation service offerings. Gail uses her 20 years of experience to help clients validate new markets and messages as well as the return on investment they will receive from inside sales efforts.

Gail works with Bridge Group clients’ personally executing outbound calling campaigns and analyzing the resulting data. The output of this work is not only a pipeline of opportunities, but also a framework for success comprised of tools and processes that will support the client’s ongoing efforts.

Prior to joining The Bridge Group, Gail managed inside sales organizations for companies including Concentric Data, Wall Data, Quadstone, Engage, and ZOLL Medical. At ZOLL Medical, Gail was Manager of Sales Development, where she successfully led a team of inside sales representatives that supported 100+ field sales people.


Debbie Boucher

Debbie Boucher, Inside Sales Consultant

Debbie Boucher joined The Bridge Group in 2007 with over 10 years of high technology inside sales experience. In her current role, Debbie is executing Market and Inside Sales Validation services. She is using her extensive knowledge in the area of inside sales best practices to assist clients in determining which messages resonate and what return on investment they can expect from their inside sales efforts.

Prior to joining The Bridge Group, Debbie was a sales consultant and top performer for SBK Consulting where she successfully built pipelines in Fortune 1000 target accounts for client companies. Debbie also achieved and exceeded similar objectives as an employee at Immersive Design and in other positions that she held at Metronics and Adra Systems/MatrixOne.


Steve Harper

Steve Harper, Training Facilitator & Consultant

Steve is a Certified Sales Coach and a successful veteran of technology sales. He works with sales groups to hone their prospecting and closing skills. He takes the time to truly understand the client’s needs, culture and way of learning.

He has a wealth of relevant business experience including Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Echo Mail, Regional Vice President of Sales at Exodus Communications, and Vice President of Exodus Internet Canada, Inc. Before joining Exodus, Mr. Harper was at BBN Planet as a Senior Web Hosting Specialist, responsible for developing sales strategies for web hosting and e-commerce. Prior to BBN, Mr. Harper ran North and South American sales for IME Systems, an online relational database company.
