Tina's expertise is in creating high-performance sales strategies and systems to drive growth for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
She focuses on sales and marketing alignment – driving high performance sales models through innovative field marketing approaches. Her key skills include change management, demand generation, sales development programs, inside sales, go-to-market planning, sales training, and supporting infrastructure.
Most recently, Tina was the Vice President of Global Sales and Services Operations for Adaptive Insights, a SaaS provider of budgeting, planning and forecasting software for the Office of the CFO. Her career includes positions with Apple, Blue Pumpkin Software, Collabra, LucidEra, Netscape, Proformative, and TriNet. In 2013, Babbi was named one of the Top 100 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley.
Babbi is active in Silicon Valley professional and non-profit organizations, including tutoring victims of domestic abuse on business and life skills. She is strong advocate for the CASA program in San Mateo, mentoring foster children. She was also one of the founders of the invitation-only “Silicon Valley VP of Sales Executive Forum,” which today is comprised of more than 750 vice presidents of sales/chief sales officers who meet regularly for professional development and networking.
A first generation American and native of New York, Babbi graduated from Cornell University with a degree in civil and biological engineering.
