It’s not every day you meet someone whose career started on the water and with guide dogs before landing in SaaS. From coaching high school rowing to training guide dogs for the blind and the individuals who rely on them, Alex built a foundation in teaching, patience, and performance. That passion for developing people carried into a career as a SaaS Account Executive, where she learned firsthand what it takes to succeed in a quota-carrying role.
Blending that frontline experience with a background in coaching, Alex moved into enablement, GTM strategy, and sales productivity. Today, she works with sales organizations to streamline how teams operate, reduce friction in the sales process, and help sellers focus on what matters most: meaningful customer conversations.
