Tiffany came to consulting from one of the most demanding operational environments in business: the clinical laboratory. Before joining The Bridge Group, she supervised the Right to Operate team at Foundation Medicine, the group responsible for maintaining the certifications — CLIA, CAP, state licensure — that allow a cancer diagnostics company to serve patients.

That work meant coordinating across Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs, managing external audits, and building processes that hold up under regulatory scrutiny. It's a discipline where documentation, training, and process integrity are measured constantly — and where "good enough" doesn't exist.
