Lisa has over 20 years of sales management experience at high-growth tech companies. Building high performance teams, achieving record results, and ensuring that all routes work efficiently and effectively together are Lisa’s passions.

She has successfully integrated, managed, and scaled SDR, AE, Channel Sales, Technical Sales, and Sales Operations.

Lisa started her career in technology on the inside. She soon learned the value and the art of inside sales--driving repeatable and measurable process, enhanced by operational efficiencies.

Today, Lisa helps Bridge Group clients create integrated lead-to-revenue models that are repeatable and measurable and drive high performance results. Lisa’s strengths include: strategic planning, integrating inside and outside sale teams, hiring, training and mentoring.
 

Selected Accomplishments:

  • As SVP at Kount Inc. and VP of Corporate Sales at ThreatMetrics, Lisa thrived in fast paced, Security startup environment. Leveraging inside sales and sales development, she scaled and enhance operational effectiveness growing her team 3x while achieving double digit revenue growth.
     
  • At IBM as a Worldwide Sales Leader for WebSphere, Lisa relaunched Inside Sales for the brand. She scaled headcount from 4 to 130 over three years and grew revenue 91% contributing over $85M in revenue.
     
  • At Actuate Corporation (acquired by Opentext) Lisa achieved record sales as VP NA Sales where she implemented a repeatable SDR and AE model that played an integral part in the company's explosive growth from $20M to $230M.
