Jodi has over 20 years of experience in B2B technology. A partial list of the impressive companies with whom she has worked includes Constant Contact, NetSuite, KISSmetrics, Overtone, Frontline Systems, Sage, and Ingres.

Jodi’s skills span strategic planning, integrated sales and marketing, building teams, forecasting, pipeline development, and contract negotiation with an eye always towards revenue growth.

Often described as a mentor, Jodi’s own energy combined with her intuitive awareness of others’ skills and personal drivers results in a motivated sales team.

Today, Jodi helps Bridge Group clients grow company revenues and establish high-performance, results-driven inside sales organizations. 

Selected Accomplishments

  • At (then start-up) KISSmetrics, integrated Sales & Marketing Strategy to accelerate revenue growth. Provided scalable demand generation and sales model (revenue growth of >15x in MRR).
  • At NetSuite Inc. took the company from sub-$1M to $30M in revenue. Grew sales organization from 0 to 120 employees while developing and executing international and channel strategies.
  • At Overtone, Inc. (acquired by KANA Software) hired by Board of Directors as SVP of Sales and Marketing. Doubled revenues during an executive management transition.
  • Jodi has a BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
