After more than 15 highly successful years in high tech sales at companies like Centerline Software, PowerSoft and Sybase, Darren founded and grew two profitable small businesses, one of which he still owns and manages today.

Darren's wealth of sales experience, ranging from one on one B2C through selling into B2B billion dollar companies, has given him a deep understanding of what a successful sales process looks like. His core strengths include an ability to build relationships with people throughout an organization as well as strong communication, listening, observation and rapport building skills.

Today, Darren uses those skills to assess the capabilities of sales teams and deliver specific recommendations on improving productivity and performance, all with the goal of building pipeline and growing revenue.
