Matt joined The Bridge Group in 2008 to deliver The Bridge Group's buyer persona development & prospect feedback services. He draws upon his experience in technology product management and direct sales to help Bridge Group clients better define their customer profiles and gain actionable feedback from their target market.
Matt works with technology clients to build out compelling buyer personas that reflect prospect’s concerns and uncover the metrics by which they are measured. Through the prospect feedback service, Matt analyzes lost opportunities for quantitative trends focusing on four core areas: people, process, product & pricing.
Prior to joining the Bridge Group, Matt held sales positions in Lead Generation & Inside Sales. Most recently, Matt was Product Manager at AmeriVault, offering services (SaaS) focusing on regulatory compliance, business continuity and data protection.
