Fred has extensive experience in creating, growing, and leading effective quota-carrying inside sales and sales development teams for growing technology companies. The companies have ranged from larger public companies such as i2 Technologies (now JDA Software) and ShoreTel (now Mitel) as well as two Inc. 500 fastest growing companies including Convio (now Blackbaud).
Each of Fred’s roles has added to his knowledge of five core components - Recruit, Train, Enable, Coach, and Assess - of building and scaling a sales team as well as his ability to create an environment that inspires and motivates. He excels in an environment of market and revenue acceleration, headcount growth and alignment, as well as the need for process scaling and improvement.
Fred has a BBA from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Baylor University.
Today, Fred utilizes his expertise to help The Bridge Group clients create, ramp, develop, and advance winning AE and SDR teams.
