Carter is a self professed “growth junkie”. He loves helping companies figure out the strategies, processes, and tools to grow revenue and transform businesses.

Starting his career at Xerox equipped him with unparalleled training and experience. Rising through the ranks from individual contributor, knocking on doors in New York City, to management he had his first opportunity to transform a dealer channel. He was an early adopter of inside sales using it to drive dramatic revenue growth at a time when few companies were using the strategy.

Transitioning to the world of software as a service he spent the next 15 plus years growing revenue at both venture backed and public companies. He has global operating experience as a Chief Revenue Officer and thrives on driving alignment throughout the entire go-to-market team.

When he’s not enjoying time on the water you can find him using his expertise to help The Bridge Group clients maximize their revenue growth goals.
